You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a return. We don't make it complicated.
What can be returned?
Just make sure the t-shirt is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags on, and in its original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned - if an item is final sale, it will say so on the product page.
How to start a return:
Send us an email to info@blissfulboutique.store with your order number and why you want to return it. We read every email ourselves. We will reply within 24 hours with simple instructions and the return address in Glen Burnie, MD.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days and email you. If it is approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The original shipping cost is not refundable, unless we made a mistake.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? No problem. Email us and we will hold your new size for you and help you exchange it without extra fees.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
This is on us, 100%. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and send us a photo at info@blissfulboutique.store. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost, or give you a full refund if you prefer.
Return shipping:
Unless the item is damaged or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service.
We are a small Maryland business and we treat every customer like a neighbor. If something is not right, talk to us and we will fix it.
