We are a small team operating out of 11 HARRIET DR, GLEN BURNIE, MD 21060. Every order is packed by us, not by a big warehouse.
How long does it take?
We need 2 to 5 business days to process your order. We check the size, color, and quality before we pack it. After that, your package is on its way.
Once shipped:
USA Standard Shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. We ship with USPS and UPS. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our location in Glen Burnie. You can follow it all the way to your door.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship within the United States. We want to keep shipping fast and affordable while we grow.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
We know it is frustrating to wait. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email us at info@blissfulboutique.store or call us at +1 303-491-6601. We will call the carrier for you. If it is confirmed lost, we will either send you a new order right away or give you a full refund - you choose.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will try to fix it before it ships. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address and we cannot be responsible for an address that was entered incorrectly.
